GEOQueue, a map-controlled queuing product, is a unique feature of DISPATCHWorks and selected CAD/Mapping systems. By integrating QUEUEView with the CAD/mapping system, the operator has the ability to dynamically create new queue groups directly from the map. GEOQueue allows the operator to quickly assign incoming calls from a given area to a new, specific queue group that can be assigned to any operator.
